What are these issues?
Installers install one of two ways; they currently pitch or slope your gutters downward towards the downspouts OR they do not pitch or slope your gutter at all and install your gutters on top of the roof flashing. Both are not flashed properly at all!
When your gutter falls below the roof flashing it means that your gutters are no longer flashed! Which in return allows water to get behind the gutter exposing your fascia board to moisture that only leads to wood rot, pervasive mold, and 100% guaranteed gutter catastrophe!
